When will my pre-order ship?

Accepted Answer

It depends which insole you order. Drive ships by the end of September 2026. Stance and Apex ship by the end of October 2026. Orders containing more than one of these ship complete on the later date, so if you want Drive in September, order it separately. You'll get an email with a tracking link when your insoles are on their way. Pre-order pricing on each insole runs until that insole ships.

Which insole is right for me?

Think about what your sessions look like, not how good you are. Drive is built for the long session: open play, rec leagues, two to four times a week. It is our first 3D-printed insole, light at 54.9g and fully ventilated, so you stay comfortable through game six. Apex is built for the hard session: tournaments, brackets, and drilling blocks, where you want the most structure underfoot. Stance is for the hours you are not playing at all, at work and around the house.

Is Apex just a better Drive?

No, they are built for different sessions. The short rule: Drive to stay light and cool, Apex for the most structure underfoot. Drive is 54.9g, ventilated and printed in one piece. Apex is 92.5g with a 14mm heel cup, a TPU arch shell and PORON impact pads, and it is heavier because that structure has to come from somewhere. Neither is the upgrade. Pick the one that matches how you actually play.

Can I wear an on-court insole for everyday use?

Drive and Apex are tuned for court shoes and lateral load, so they feel firmer in everyday sneakers. For walking and standing all day, Stance is the one built for it: a softer ride, a ventilated top sheet, and a 15mm heel cup shaped for everyday shoes rather than a court shoe's lateral cage.

Do all three carry the same guarantee?

Yes. Every HeelBase insole comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day it arrives. Wear them on the court (or off it) for the full month. If they are not helping, send them back for a refund. If it is only the size that is wrong, we ship the replacement pair out free.

What sizes are available?

US Men's 6 to 13 and Women's 5 to 12, though not every size is made in every model, and each product page shows what is available. Stance and Apex are trim-to-fit, so size up if you are between sizes. Drive is made in exact sizes and is not trimmed, so pick the size closest to your foot length. How long does each insole last?

Stance is built for daily wear and lasts 10 to 12 months with regular use. Drive's printed structure holds its shape far longer than compressed foam - expect 5 to 8 months at three to four sessions a week. Apex also runs at 5 to 8 months with competitive-level play.
